Moulds for plyform Our
implants for glueing, forming and facing of plywood and veneer strips for bent, enable to
produce without the use of high-frequence.We produce wood moulds covered with sheets of
alloy, also hibrid molds with copper piping inside for the fast drying up of the
plyform.We also pruduce alluminium moulds obtained with casting or solid plate, equipped
with pipings for the passage of warm liquid which thanks to the greater pressure speed up
the drying up of the bonding agents .This technology is essential for the production of
cylinders ,oval and cones without joints. |

Moulds for skin
door This production line enables to produce with thin sheets of mdf , door
skins moulded with wooden effect ready to make the hollow core doors .
The pressing procedure is carry out through by an high pressure press with warm platen and
our engraved steel moulds which closing itself create the frames.
The procedure lasts some seconds ones and it is characterized by alternate stages of
aplication and degassing. You can see after the moulding the classic raised door with a
wood grain effect,perfectly it will be aligned to simulate a solid wood door.
Generally a range of production is previews on two moulds for every types of door (2/4/6
panels) , rectangular or stylized ,with the possibility of obtaining various size with the
same. |

Moulds for solid wood By hot pressing with solid
wood it now becomes economically attractive to reproduce armchairs and detailing in any
style, from any period.The work process allows us to achieve semi-finished wood products
using our own copying templates and moulds, and ending with finely decorated
pieces.Customers may order based on our own models or they may supply us with a
personalized sample that will be reproduced with an accurate execution of the ornamental
details.
