implants for glueing, forming and facing of plywood and veneer strips for bent, enable to
produce without the use of high-frequence.We produce wood moulds covered with sheets of
alloy, also hibrid molds with copper piping inside for the fast drying up of the
plyform.We also pruduce alluminium moulds obtained with casting or solid plate, equipped
with pipings for the passage of warm liquid which thanks to the greater pressure speed up
the drying up of the bonding agents .This technology is essential for the production of
cylinders ,oval and cones without joints. |

Moulds for solid wood
By
hot pressing with solid wood it now becomes economically attractive to reproduce armchairs
and detailing in any style, from any period.The work process allows us to achieve
semi-finished wood products using our own copying templates and moulds, and ending with
finely decorated pieces.Customers may order based on our own models or they may supply us
with a personalized sample that will be reproduced with an accurate execution of the
ornamental details.
